Where we cannot agree a solution, you can ask the Independent Press Standards Organisation to look into your complaint.
The IPSO is an independent body which deals with complaints from members of the public about the editorial content of newspapers and magazines.
We follow the IPSO's code of practice and abide by their decisions.
The service to the public is free, quick and easy. The IPSO operates a complaints procedure that is designed to achieve speedy and fair resolution of your complaint - and there is absolutely no cost to the people complaining.
