Angry taxi driver Mark McGowan has been creating viral videos of political rants, filmed in his minicab, since 2010 – the ChunkyMark Youtube channel now boasts over 53,000 subscribers.

‘Theresa May’s Tory Magic Money Tree – Get Shut Down’ sees one of ChunkyMark’s recent tirades remixed to music and has garnered over 20,000 views on Youtube alone.

In a move away from their much-ridiculed ‘strong and stable’ soundbite, Labour’s ‘magic money tree’ has become the Conservative campaign’s latest slogan du jour. The ‘magic money tree’ was wheeled out by Amber Rudd during the BBC leaders’ debate on May 31 before being repeated by Theresa May on BBC Question Time on June 2 when the PM told an NHS nurse ‘there is no magic money tree’ to increase NHS pay as living costs continue to rise.
