Bogdan was a civilian resident of Donetsk who was taken from his workplace by masked men after he wrote a post opposing the so-called referendum. He was held in the basement of an occupied SBU building, he spent 10 hours in captivity, tortured and beaten, and his captors removed two of his fingernails and engraved the swastika on his back.
